Water,100 % pure Magnesium chloride( 30 % concentration), hydroxypropyl distarch Phosphate ( gelling agent naturally derived vegetable starch).  

Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application to enhance absorption. 

3 x pumps of magnesium gel approx. 5 grams) onto your fingers or directly onto the areas you experience muscle pain, cramps or tension. Focus on areas of the body that experience the most tension or pain, such as the neck, shoulders, back, legs, or joints. Avoid eyes, mouth, nose.
